Domain Name Scams

Many of our customers have received emails or letters in the mail for domain services. These are solicitations to add your website to their list, or provide you other useless services. If you receive a letter or email asking for payment for domain services, please read it carefully. To avoid false advertising, it will usually say somewhere in the letter that “this is not a bill” or “this is a solicitation”.

If you are associated with an organization that has an accountant or treasurer managing your bills, please be sure they verify the need to pay for these services.
