Remote Support

Franktronics can connect to your computer remotely to perform repairs. In order for us to connect to your computer, you must:

• Have a high speed internet connection
• Be able to access the internet -or-
• Be able to retrieve your email
• Be able to install two small applications that will download automatically
• Have the 6 digit code provided by one of our technicians.

To use our Remote Support feature, please call us at 804-642-5233 during normal business hours to speak with a technician and receive the needed code.

Standard remote billing rates will apply.

Start your Remote Session

Franktronics uses LogMeIn Rescue to provide remote support to your computer. Clicking this button will open a webpage at LogMeIn and prompt you for a 6 digit code. Your Franktronics technician will provide that code to start the remote session.
