Franktronics Communication System - FCS

Franktronics is proud to announce the successful implementation of our newest telecommunications platform, the Franktronics Communications System (FCS).

This is the latest in a long series of products that have been supporting the cruise line industry for over a decade. Some of our customers have included Princess Cruise Lines, Holland America Lines, and P&O Cruise Lines.

With over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Franktronics has the experience to integrate and maintain complex telecommunication systems.

The FCS is built with the latest technological advances in hardware and software. The function of the FCS provides a company the ability to control outbound calling lines from within a facility. Once configured, FCS provides an automated least cost routing capability and can integrate to any type of medium available in the telephony market.
